The service was built from firsthand experience — seeing how much creative energy is lost to admin, uncertainty, and constant decision-making behind the scenes. Willow House exists to hold that work with care, so artists don’t have to carry it alone.
Support is offered in a way that prioritises sustainability, autonomy, and long-term wellbeing. There is no roster and no gatekeeping. Artists remain fully in control of their creative direction at all times.
Willow House believes the most meaningful careers are built slowly, intentionally, and in alignment with the artist’s own values — not industry pressure.
